Personalized items are not refunded unless we made a mistake in spelling.
How long does it usually take to receive a custom order? TOP
Unlike other sites, we normally ship within 2-3 business days. If you need your item in a hurry, please email us BEFORE purchasing to ensure we can get it to you in time.
I haven't received my item, but tracking says it was delivered. What do I do? TOP
We have tracking for your protection and ours. If an item says it was 'delivered' on the tracking and was shipped via USPS, please check with your carrier. We cannot send the item out again if it says it was delivered.
